Hypothesis 2024 (Fourth day)

Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola is proposing an open day aimed mainly at university students and students from training centres in the audiovisual field in the region.

The objective of this program is to make the center's film and research activity and production visible in order to publicize its project and educational proposal. Some of the works produced at the school in recent years, which have premiered at the most important festivals in the world, will also be presented at the open day.

The Open Day is part of the ‘Time of Hypotheses’, the period during which the students present their final master's degree projects in the 2023-2024 Academic Year.

Screening of films restored in the EQZE laboratories and conversation with the researchers and students involved in the work processes.

Guided tour to the exhibition “Isabel Herguera. Retrospectiva” led by Laura Ibáñez and Camila Reyes, students of EQZE and responsible for the documentation and re-editing of the video installations of the exhibition. This exhibition reviews the 40-year career of the filmmaker from Gipuzkoa.
