Fracture

Fracture

Fratura is a feature-length fiction film project that tells the story of two women in their seventies who meet in the city of São Paulo (Brazil). Susana is a geologist on the verge of retirement who visits Roberta in the nursing home where she has been living for several years after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. The narrative unfolds in a non-linear fashion, intertwining the present and the past of the two protagonists. FRATURA is a work of fiction based on many real stories experienced by countless lesbians and dykes, paying tribute to tenderness, friendship, and the family you choose, and defending our right to the city, to memory, and to dignified aging.
