Jugatx Otero Bilbao has a degree in the Restoration and Conservation of Cultural Heritage (EHU/UPV) and a Master’s degree in Evaluation and Management of Cultural Heritage (USAL). She has worked as a restorer of archaeological material at several sites [Iberian Fortification of Turó del Montgròs and the Oppidum of Arrola] and at the Archaeological Museum of Bizkaia. She has also dealt with different types of materials from the most traditional to contemporary art.
