Alessandra was born in Sao Paulo (Brazil) in 1994. She took an interest in cinema from an early age and in 2017 graduated in film studies from the FAAP (Fundación Armando Álvares Penteado) school. In the same year, she began working at a company distributing Brazilian films, where she became enamoured of the task of curating. She has participated with the distributor at Brazil's top festivals, including Olhar de Cinema – Curitiba International Film Festival, the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival, the Tiradentes Film Festival, Janela Internacional de Cinema do Recife, Brasilia Film Festival and the São Paulo International Film Festival. She enjoys exploring different screening possibilities.
