Lucas Larriera has a Bachelor's degree in Cinematography from the University of Film (FUC). In 2008 he joined the Dept. of Sound as an assistant and participated in the sound postproduction of many of the shorts produced by the university. Since 2009 he has worked as a sound director, boom operator and editor on film, television and web productions, travelling around both his native Argentina and Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, Paraguay, Ecuador, the United States and the Philippines. The projects on which he has worked include 'Muere Monstruo Muere', 'Por el Dinero', 'Las Hijas del Fuego', 'No Llores por mí Inglaterra', 'El Estudiante', 'Los Salvajes', 'La Princesa de Francia', 'La Omisión', 'Guaraní', 'La Patota', 'Lua em Sagitario', 'Chaco' and 'La Cordillera'.
