Helena Flò (Barcelona, 2002) graduated in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, specialising in the philosophy of religions. At the same time, she developed her self-taught interest in film. In the summer of 2024, she participated in an intensive audiovisual creation programme focusing on the Raval neighbourhood, with the Catalonia Film Archives and the La Selva Cooperative. It was there that her interest in cinema converged with her political outlook. Later on, she took a course in arthouse filmmaking at La Casa del Cine.
