Florencia de Mugica (Argentina) is a producer based in Spain. Her career spans production, curation and programme design, with a focus on the development, circulation and international promotion of projects, especially by emerging filmmakers.
In 2014, she founded her company Bomba Cine, dedicated to supporting first and second films. Her works have premiered and won awards at festivals such as Berlinale, San Sebastián, Rotterdam, FIDMarseille, BAFICI, BFI London, FIC Valdivia, among others.
As a producer, her films include La Noche (2016), La verdad interior (2018), Mamá, Mamá, Mamá (2020), Misión a Marte (2023), Bird (2023) and Una sombra oscilante (2024). At the same time, she has worked in the industry area of the San Sebastián Film Festival. She is currently responsible for industry at SEMINCI and is also a member of the selection committee for Documenta Madrid and Corte Final.
