Andrea Alborch Martínez (Gandía, 1998) has a degree in Audiovisual Communication from Miguel Hernández de Elche University, and a Master's in Artistic Production from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She currently combines her work as an audiovisual director with the programming and distribution of various visual arts-focused activities at Miguel Hernández de Elche University. Her early works, including the short film DIECISIETE y medio, were screened at festivals such as Filmadrid, Cinema Jove, Alcine and Bogshorts. Her work switches between fiction and non-fiction, blurring the boundaries between them. Her creations draw on exploration, play and experimentation, in order to capture the earthly and the familiar.
