The creative production area drives forward the projects born within the EQZE community: those developed by students during their time at the school or after graduating, those of its teaching staff and filmmakers-in-residence, and those arising from the research department's initiatives.
The school acts as a production engine: it assesses each project's viability, seeks external partners, leads their launch and sees them through to completion.
The result brings back the idea of the three tenses of cinema around which the school is built: preserving the cinema of the past, documenting the cinema of the present through publications and public programmes, and producing the films to come.
