Niko Iturralde studied management, preservation and dissemination of photographic heritage at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, before completing a Master’s degree in the digitisation of photographic heritage at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. His professional experience as a photographer and educator has always been linked to historical photographic processes and the laboratory. He currently manages and preserves the photographic collection held at the photo archives of the Kutxa Foundation and is digitising the photographic archives of the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
